The Bahamas Mixed Team, comprising Javonya Valcourt (W), Lacarthea Cooper (W), Turmani Skinner (M), and Shimar Bain (M), displayed incredible unity and talent in the 4×400 Meter Mixed Relay at the 2023 CARIFTA Games. Their seamless teamwork propelled them to a remarkable time of 3:24.62 minutes, securing the gold medal and fiercely protecting their homeland.

Their impressive performance left Grenada in second place with a time of 3:27.22. The dedication and synchronization showcased by the Bahamas Mixed Team were a testament to their hard work and passion for the sport.
