Philip Gray Jr. signs with Louisiana Tech University

Louisiana Tech University has signed Philip Gray Jr., who is known as Pj by many, to their team. Pj will be under the guidance of associate head coach George Cleare, who is a decorated Bahamian Coach with a history of coaching 400m great sprinters, during his tenure at the university. Coach Brian Johnson, who is also a former elite athlete and U.S. World and Olympic team member, is the head coach at the university.

Pj will join his fellow teammates in September 2023 and plans to study Finance and Accounting, with aspirations of becoming a chartered accountant. The village is proud of him, especially after he attributed his prowess and performance on the track to the Almighty God on national television. Pj stated that “All honor and praise goes to God…”, and his village can release him knowing that he acknowledges where his help and source come from. His help comes from the Lord.
