Grand Bahama Shines: Champions Crowned at Bahamas Baseball Nationals

The Bahamas Baseball Association National Baseball Championships concluded after four days of intense action, with champions crowned in six divisions. Freedom Farm emerged victorious in three divisions, while the Junior Baseball League of Nassau (JBLN) and Grand Bahama each secured a title. The 14U division witnessed a thrilling contest, with JBLN clinching a slim 11-10 win over Freedom Farm, thanks to Jordan Miller’s exceptional performance on the mound.

JBLN manager Ken Adderley emphasized the importance of reducing errors and playing fundamental baseball to secure the comeback victory.

Grand Bahama claimed the 12U championship and the opportunity to represent The Bahamas at the Caribbean Little League World Series Qualifiers.

Freedom Farm emerged triumphant in the 16U and 10U divisions, while their dominance continued in the 8U coach pitch division against JBLN.

The event concluded with plans to hold next year’s nationals in Grand Bahama.
