Exchanges: We understand that there may be cases where an exchange is necessary. For Bahamian residents who have purchased non-used items from our store, we offer a 48-hour exchange policy. If you are a Bahamian resident and you receive a non-used product that you wish to exchange, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing us at Shop. We will then provide you with further instructions for exchanging the product.
