10. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas for resolution of any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site.
11. Miscellaneous
    If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Sports And Management’s failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sports And Management with respect to the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Sports And Management with respect to the Site.
